Description:-On 24^th June 2024, The Women Development Cell of Pune Vidyarthi Griha’s College of Science and technology , Ghatkopar(East) organized

Expert session on “Personality Development and Menstrual Hygiene” . An expert delivered an insightful lecture on personality development and menstrual hygiene, emphasizing their critical

role in individual well-being. The speaker highlighted key strategies such as education, mentorship and access to resources, stressing the importance of self- awareness and hygiene practices. They addressed challenges like societal stigma

and inadequate facilities, advocating for open discussions and improved access to sanitary products. The session was conducted from 11.00AM to 12.15PM.

Objective:-The session concluded with a call to action for comprehensive education and community support to empower individuals, especially young women.
